Great player , he is more Paul Coffey than he is Ray Bourque.
Serious question, is there a way to ignore threads anymore?
Drat. I was hoping I was overlooking it. It made this forum such a more pleasant place. Not that I’ve found.

Sorry for the interruption. You may not return to your regularly scheduled Karlsson thread.
Oh, I’m just so excited. We never have these.
He's really overrated or really hasn't ever recovered from that leg/foot injury he had?Including a short handed one. Not the brightest night for the golden boy.

He would be the best player in your franchise historyNot surprised. Karlsson has never been good defensively, he's just usually lucky enough to be bailed out by goaltending and the system. Last night those two things weren't working.
Hey it's you! The guy that was in every Ottawa playoff thread this summer bashing the Senators! Not surprised. Karlsson has never been good defensively, he's just usually lucky enough to be bailed out by goaltending and the system. Last night those two things weren't working.
TJ Brodie was even in a 8-0 loss to Boston way back when... with like 24 minutes of ice time too.
That’s absolutely not trueNot surprised. Karlsson has never been good defensively, he's just usually lucky enough to be bailed out by goaltending and the system. Last night those two things weren't working.
People who say +/- is meaningless need to understand that this isn't the point. Being on the ice for 7 goals against in one game is really something odd for ANY player. It is even greater of a thing when the one involved is the best dman in the NHL.
Even if he was all offence and no defence, the "4th forward" tag is plain dumb.Karlsson is fantastic wing disguised as a defense man.
So did the norris winner last season.Karlsson is fantastic wing disguised as a defense man.
