Only caught the second half, but Southampton were as bad as you’ll see a PL team. The second they got the ball they were trying to find the easiest way to give it back. Villa weren’t much better frankly.

even though we won, I'd still sack Gerrard now. We looked terrible, just played a team who was much worse than us. Like you say, Southampton looked completely lost and ineffectual.
