Think that should have been a penalty for Brighton.

It's one of those situations where if it happens on the halfway line the ref calls a foul 99 times out of 100 and may even issue a yellow. But since it's England, it's in the box, and especially since it's the keeper, there's never even a thought of it.

I'm really curious how many xG the models give Everton's 4th goal.

Gotta be high, yes. 2.60 for Brighton also do feel a bit steep. It’s not like they missed a lot of sitters in this game from what i can tell? Haven’t watch the full game though.

Another matchday, another chance for me to say I don't like the penalties where the attacking player steps in while the defender has possession and is swinging a leg at the ball.

Really hope FUBO picks up La liga once the TSN abomination is over. Its not perfect but its by far the best available streaming service.

3 minute VAR stoppage to see a goal making it 5-2 in the 90th minute is 2 feet offside. A+ work.

It's soft, but he hit the bottom of his foot so VAR ain't gonna overturn it.

Can't remember this many games on 1 day being so high scoring. When 6 goals is the low for the day you know you had an enjoyable day especially for neutrals. Makes up for half the games being 1-0 over the weekend.

Not sure how Southampton will be able to keep Lavia given the immediate interest and relegation.

He's not worth anything close to what people are saying, so from that perspective anyway, good time to make a profitable deal.

McNeil is quietly having a good season, and with Everton's clueless coaches playing him all over the field.
