Don Sweeney definitely doesn't get value in this trade. IN 95% of other draft pick trades if you trade a pick this year you're supposed to get 1 round higher next year or two picks.

With the exception of 2 guys, the other 6 are chl players and will be pros in 2 years at the most. Not a lot of long lead players for Sweeney. With the long lead guys from past drafts still a year or 2 away providence will be completely loaded with talent in a couple years

So I see the reaching has continued on Day 2.

Carlo isn't a bad pick at 37.

But Forsbacka-Karlsson with Sprong, Harkins, Greenway, and Chlapik still on the board with the 45th pick.

And again with Lauzon as Dunn and Kylington still sitting there.

Can't say I like either pick.

And did the Bruins just take ANOTHER goalie with their 3rd rounder?
