Eichel trade (mod edit: as in, why do people want one?)

Aho, Rantanen, Schiefele, Gaudreau, Monahan, Barzal, the list goes on. Eichel was supposed to be a class ahead of these guys, and he's not. It's depressing. Hes still a great player and we should definitely not trade him. But its okay to be disappointed in how his career has played out so far.

This is it. He’s good but hasn’t dominated. I see Eichel as Madono type player with a little more offence if he can be a complete player. He needs to play a full 60. His world is too cozy. A coach needs to come in and shake him up — his buddy Reinhart should be traded to show who is boss of the team provided we can get true value.

I’m not giving up on Jack but he needs direction.
