Very pleasantly surprised. In spite of Maas' terrible non challenge and the expected garbage officiating, we have a lead at half. Didn't expect that at all.

Yep. But its interesting Calgary gets the benefit of those calls. He was obviously down there. Just because an idiot gets up and starts running doesn't mean the officials should buy it. Same as the Jorden completion. That ball definitely was a ground aided catch. The tip of the ball clearly made contact with the turf.

But oddly enough with no hesitation Calgary gets the benefit of those calls.

Meanwhile when Calgary fumbled the officials spend 5 minutes trying to find a reason to overcall that one.

That really was an incredible catch by Duke. Best he's made in half a dozen games easy. But the pass was pure perfection. That's an NFL pinpoint timing pass the only place it could be a completion. That was gold.
