How early can you go to 3 lines in an NHL game?

NHLPA 93 on Genesis only had 3 lines per team.

And the D pairs were linked to a forward line.

When I made the jump to PlayStation and it was a separate bottom to change D pairs, my 12 year old mind was blown.

Every fan wants their team to win the Cup. Look at the Habs. How wonderful Price is but has he won the Cup? Nope! Love Rask or Hate Him I’m not impressed by his playoff history. If he pulls it off then my opinion of him will change. He’s had too many up and downs for me to fell warm and fuzzy about him.
