No way. TB outplayed us after game 1 by a pretty good margin. The Jackets are not better, it's a toss up at worst.
Infuriating loss. So many asinine giveaways, really have nobody to blame but themselves. Good news is they are the better team and just need to tighten a few things up. Best of 5 now!

I'm going to whine about the officiating because i think the Bruins DO finish when it matters IF THEY AREN'T GETTING HOOKED FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE SCORING CHANCE and refs didn't f***ing call it.

Coyle with 2 absolutely awful passes to Columbus players leading to a goal, Chara with 1 and then that bad play by Bergy in OT.
It can't keep up for much longer can it?
Bruins end that game in the first OT on those chances 9/10 times, but tonight it's Bergy missing 2 glorious chances and Coyle hitting the post on an empty net.

Bergeron call was legit, If it wasn't for that penalty or the miffed chances I wouldn't have known he was even playing in the series. With that said clear something is wrong. Ditto for Pasta.

Too bad for them, it won’t be against Clb. Or against Car/NYI. Or in SCF.
Getting a 2-0 lead would have been easier. The Bruins will still win this series.

I hate OT games. But we'll be okay, folks! 2 days off will do us good. Ice up. Rest up. Get our heads back into it. Bergy and Pasta need to be better. Coyle. Etc. Top line gotta wake up. Marchy looked better. Chara was great tonight. Tuukka was a brick wall. Hes on FIRE. Which is good. We just need to capitalize on our chances.

This felt more like Ottawa two years ago. Bruins were a better team on paper and should have won the series. B's won Game 1, were in control of Game 2, gave up a goal off a turnover to give the Sens life, fell apart, lost in OT and the entire series changed. Ottawa got life and squeezed out a bunch of OT wins (twice with PPGs).
