You're right, no one will care if the Caps win the Cup, cause everyone knows they don't deserve it.

Hopefully this is Ovechkin's last game in Washington tonight, I want him to go play in the KHL, where he belongs.

This is hard to read. I say Ovi deserve a Cup bevor he retried.
How can a Hockey Fan blame Ovi so much? He is without a Doubt one of the best Players in the NHL for Years.

As a Preds Fan and maybe a Challanger in the Finals against the Caps, i wish him the Best.

After seeing the first round, I had the pens winning this series. Still think they might

Teams gassed with nothing left in the tank. Washington adjusted and Holtby has come back to his standard.

I'd be pleasantly surprised if the Penguins some how pulled it out tonight but I have a hard time seeing it after the last three games.

Man this site is great. I was using NHL site to talk hockey. What a disgrace.

I don't love the pens chances tonight, but in a game 7 anything can happen. They just looked so worn out in game 6. I think its better that they go spanked than lost a close one though. I remember 09 after wings thrashed them (think it was 5-0) to go up 3-2, the pens were "done". We all know how that worked out.

The entire demeanor of the team changed after Sid went down in game 3. I honestly think he has a concussion and everyone in that room knows it. They just don't look right at all, even considering the rest of the circumstances.

Reading Pens "fans" here is quite frankly embarrassing. What's with the bent-over loser attitude? Are you unbiased analysts with questionable credentials or are you fans for God's sake? This is the Caps after all and we're defending champions.

Pens win this and sweep Senators. GO!

I don't think he deserves it unless he tightens up his game defensively. Nobody really deserves a cup. Its the hardest trophy to win because you have to work so hard for it. He's only playing at one end of the ice. Kessel would have won the Conn Smythe last year if he attempted to go into one corner and play physical.

+170 on some sites. Holy hell that's too much confidence in the Caps. This game should be a coinflip no matter what.
IMO -and based on my wagering experience- that it's just +170 is based entirely on historical element, otherwise, while it wouldn't be Leicester City I could see it being +250.
Feel very confident Caps fans will be happy with tonight's outcome.

Fwiw Dan o'halloran and Kevin pollock are refs tonight

What kind of game do you think they will call. Usually a game 7 is spent by both teams forgetting about all the crap and just trying to win. I think caps will continue to try to do it physically, but if the pens score first it could change the whole complexion. If refs let them play, advantage caps, if they start calling everything, it could get interesting.

As a Pens fan, based on what I've seen the past 2 games I fully expect the Caps to win tonight.

Caps have fully dominated the Pens for the past 2 games, and Fleury seems to be losing his god mode (probably because Murray is finally healthy).

I have to admit, even though Caps are our rivals I will be cheering for them if they advance. They're not an unlikable team outside of Wilson and OV. And I kind of pity them for all that playoff failure in their history. Plus, who wants to watch Ottowa play in the finals? bleh

I see your Point, but Alex works always hard when ever i saw a Game from him.
OK, he struggle a bit in the Playoffs now.

I see him in the Hall of Fame and think he deserves a Cup.

We have different Opinions and that is ok for me.

It would be very Caps for them to come back from 3-1 and lose game 7..at home. I think that's what happens.

Until I see the Caps having more goals with 0.0 on the clock in the third period - I'm expecting this to happen.

Then again I thought for sure this would have been over in 6 so who knows. They reaaaallly have no excuses this year, not much else that could favor them going into the game at this point.
