Thanks Fenway! I am so anxious for this series to start....the waiting seems endless but the time for our guys to heal is a bonus. At least this year they didn't have the extra game tacked on to the end of the season for a make-up game. Hurry up Thursday!

In the vacuum of anticipation, i'm trying to enjoy the fact that this team is no longer missing the playoffs, and that they get the greatest series to open the tournament entirely. No other big rivalry is happening. All eyes will be on Boston and Toronto.

Looking forward to it, baby! It's just another page for the history books

I'll be at this one. Last time I was at a Bruins playoff game was 2009 game 1 B's the Habs. Where we won and the Habs player ruptured Matt Hunwicks spleen during the scrum at the end of the game I believe. THAT was a game. I'm older now and while I'm not thrilled at the fact I'll be in the balcony (hate heights, not good experience sitting up there years ago), I am excited. I'm nervous and excited. It's going to be a dogfight series. But our boys have something special going on. I believe in the magic. Rest up! Get well and come out guns blazin. Really excited to see how Carlo plays. First timer!!

I'm very excited for Carlo to finally get to see the big show. Kids been a warrior for us 3 years now and he's worked very hard to help the team get here.

As someone mentioned above, it's good we didn't have a makeup game this year and we got the chance to rest our guys that extra little bit. Hope we can come out hard from the puck drop and keep things rolling forward!!

That GAA for Toronto should be key although the entire season it seemed like we turned should be blowouts into low scoring affairs.

Kampfer is not really playing is he?

If Cassidy is actually sitting Backes, which too me is the right call, but a lot harder one than starting Kampfer over Clifton. Considering who Backes is.

I would surely hope Clifton draws in or even Lauzon.

Kampfer a season vet?!?!? With no playoffs experience under his resume, I think there's a pretty good reason for that.

You know, I too am stoked Carlo's finally getting to make his playoffs debut

And maybe it's a good thing we've waited this long. He wasn't ready before, it would seem. Too timid. But now? I think not only is he ready, I think he's chomping at the bit to get at it. I have to believe he's gonna make a real big difference in the series this year. You could almost call him the X factor for the Bruins

looking at the last two series vs them, Bruins won both game 1's, they split games 2 and 3...bruins won both game fours, leafs won both game 5's and 6's and Bruins won both game 7's, trailing going into the 3rd both times.
