Beat the Pens and the refs in an elimination game in their building, not too shabby, although the Pens dominated a lot of that game

Now the Flyers are heading home for game 6 where they were embarrassed in games 3&4. They owe it to the fans to force a game 7. You can't come out and get spanked in your own building for the third game in a row and have your season ended.

Oh well, just one more game for Pens. They will still this series rather easily. Clearly the better team.

Awful performance by the Pens. Flyers had nothing in the 2nd period and Pens got some weird calls but did awful on the PP.

Kessel was awful and Letang was being himself. Just get rid of Letang already. What are we paying 7.25mil for?

Great to see Neuvy and Philly respond with a strong road playoff win :D

Now at least two East series will go 6+ The West first round has been one of the worst collection of 4 series I've ever seen.

Congrats you the flyers tonight. They earned it and outplayed us nearly all game.

Kessel is a no show. Letang playing like he has brain damage. PP lost this for us.
What third period were you watching? Philly basically had two or three scoring chances thole whole period, the Pens controlled the puck for the majority of the period. The Pens carried the play but their awful power play lost them the game.

“Clearly the better team” has lost game 7’s before. If they know what’s good for them they better avoid a game 7.

The Flyers got ran that whole game and somehow won. Neuvirth has to hate the rest of this team.

A shorthanded goal from Filppula assisted by Lehtera is the unlikeliest thing that could have happened. That's like a 2000-1 prop bet right there.

Penguins still outscoring the Flyers 20-10 in this series.

just delaying the inevitable

at this point the only thing that worries me is philly gooning it up and injuring a key player

Lol what? You lose this game and it's over.

Atleast you have a punchers chance in game 6 without him...this is the NHL Anything can happen.

Im concerned for his long term health. Pens are gonna blow out the Flyers whether he plays or not...but if he has a major injury that would be a disaster.

Could've used a Hornqvist in this one. Hopefully he goes on Sunday.

Pens Still control play for the most part, if Pens keep it up and not suck on the PP, they should take the series.

When did he get hurt anyway? He was so mad after Konecny ran the hell out of him in game 1. That kid is a gamer.

While the chances were in Pens favour, the Flyers out worked and "wanted" it more. Pens played sloppy and too cute of a game, instead of playing with a killer instinct.

Failing to wrap this series up at home tonight is absolutely unacceptable! Winnipeg isn't failing to get the job done. But Pittsburgh is. I now have serious doubts about this team being able to three-peat.

I hope you're right. I feel like that will happen aswell....but you still never know. I doubt his injury is long term threatening.
