I don't think that teams rely that much on those websites. Teams have their own list and perform interviews. They usually don't rely on CSR or other scouting agency.
The csr list is fairly close for at least the first five rounds, there might be a 10 to 12 pick difference, which is pretty good. I’ve never really compared other lists.

I would say that CSR is fairly close for the first 3 rounds. Take a look a last 2 years draft from Round 4.

They should focus on a list for the first 5 rounds and regroup all other players eligible into one category. The CSR scouts see very few games from other league that Midget AAA. They can't have a reliable opinion on players from other leagues.

Last year only:

ROUND 4: 5 players were ranked rounds 6 to 8 by CSR and another one was ranked round 13-14
ROUND 5: 7 players were ranked rounds 6 to 8 by CSR and 3 others were ranked 13-14
ROUND 6: First 2 players selected in that round were ranked 13+ by CSR.

I won't get into round 7 to 10 because it's even worse. 23 players ranked Round 13-14 were picked in the first 10 rounds.

Is the CSR list out or are you a scout with inside info?

Like I said, pretty accurate. When you get past round 4 it’s a bit of a crapshoot. Teams have different needs and different opinions on how certain players will improve. A player projected to go in R6 to 8 who goes at the end of 5 is not that much off.

csr list should be available Friday, maybe they release it right after the lottery. We’ll have things to debate soon.....

If after round 4 is a crapshoot, why don't they just list all the players available instead of trying to speculate as they do right now?

Gatineau has 4 first round picks. 2 D, 1F and 1G is my prediction

Halifax has 7 picks in the first three rounds plus the first in the fourth. G, 3D, 4F

I won't commit into a Mock Draft but if I was Gatineau, I would go for Luneau, Verreault, Dumais or Coté (I love Côté's scoring /Dumais speed + play making) and Gravel or Filion in the first round. With their second round pick, they could go for a slightly bigger but skilled player like Fontaine.

Adding those to Dean, Boutin, Roelens, Legault, Bergeron and Lebel. They would have a pretty solid foundation for the 2022-2023 season.

He later posted to change Halifax's 18th OA pick to defence man Ryan Hopkins.
