Maybe it's the loft in the horse barn? Have him do the chores as part of training.Wow that's a pretty great place to stay.
Doan sold his horse ranch a little over a year ago.
What did he buy? Horse people don't normally give up the horse life without extenuating circumstances.
He had two homes. The oldest two kids have grown up and he's been doing more and more with the league that kept him out of Phoenix after he retired. Running the horse ranch was becoming too much for his wife to do alone.
