How would Detroit feel about AA plus swapping 1st round picks (assuming the picks don't get too far apart)? This would be in the offseason assuming Ducks scouts like someone a lot that wouldn't be on the board when Ducks pick. At the moment, they are 3 picks apart. Obviously we would need to see how lottery plays out

There's too much variance to say right now. Like you said, assuming they aren't far apart, it would depend on who is available but it would also depend on where they're far apart. Dropping 2OA to 5OA? No thanks. Dropping 6OA to 10OA? Possible.
