what a f***ing circus. No surprise considering habs year..armia gets it and team is shut down for a week, julien and muller fired, waite fired between periods, drouin leaves team for personal reasons..now this.
but point of contact is everything. It takes 4 days for symptoms to appear so it's very possible he got it in Vegas, and as mentioned his antibodies aren't in full effect from second vaccine. That being said there are still concerns about vaccine working against aggressive variants like the Delta.
only optimistic news is that coaches tend to be isolated a bit more from players and habs had been very strict with protocol after their covid shutdown

The building is packed with 18 000 people, drinking and yelling, with players sweating and spitting left and right and the only people wearing masks are the coaching staff. To think the mask prevents anything in this situation is completely idiotic.
