I didn't actually see the list in that link, it just named the top 5.

That's a garbage top 5, IMO. Jesper Boqvist is a very highly skilled player though.

If Drouin is the sole acquisition, if Radu doesn't come back, if Galchy is traded, and the key piece is a D, we wil not have improved that much even if Drouin might make others better. If we traded Sergachev, it HAS to have been beneficial for the quality of the team.
