I'm assuming Hamilton is looking for a good 65-70 million dollar payday. Whether its 7 or 8 years probably doesnt make a huge difference.

Biggest dollar amount probably wins it. Only way to make that cap hit a mil less per year is to sign and trade for that 8th year

How much is $1M in cap space for 7 years worth to a team? That's pretty much Hamilton's value in a trade I think. I think a 3rd +5th or even a 2nd may be worth it
