Do you really think that Colorado needs more top end elite talent? Because you're still going to get a damn good player at 4, and should still get someone pretty decent at 16. Personally for Colorado I'd keep the two firsts and just make the picks. Draft another center, and go from there.

It's also not a good thing to be Top Heavy...otherwise you end up like Toronto currently (Matthews, Tarver, Marner, Nylander) or Chicago AFTER they won the cups and were Cap strapped with Toews, Kane, Hossa, Keith, Crawford, etc.

1-2 forwards and 1-2 defenseman at the Top End and a host of quality support scoring are how you win with the Salary Cap
