Has Zacha always been this talented and he’s been poorly coached ... or has he actually gotten better and is just now hitting his stride? Or is this a flash in the pan?

He's always had the talent. I think even his detractors can say he's had the raw skills to be a good player. It's just about him putting himself into positions to use his skill, and doing so consistently that's been the issue. So far this year he's been really strong.
