We obviously have talent issues, but we had them last year as well. Talent issues isn't why this team is getting run out of the building every night though, it's a lack of effort and structure. The team isn't doing the hard work required to win games, and we don't have enough talent to coast for 60 minutes and still expect to be in a close game.

Honestly the effort is so bad that even with more talent we would be getting run out of the building.

Some are underestimating just how bad we are playing. It is beyond absurd just how badly they are screwing up the very basic things.

Why? None of the players in front of him have a contract as large as him. Come on now. They have also been a problem, but the Schneider hate is 100% warranted.

Never did it for me... always looked like a floater- and that's who he is.

The problem is - his game only works if you have other talented guys who can create time and space for you. When everyone is off checking Ovi and Backstrom, guys like Mojo are good.

When there's no one else on your line? Not so good.

Nah. The fact that effort guys are excelling and 'talent' guys are sucking - plus our team defense and defensive corps is terrible means it is on the players; at least to me.

You can’t win games playing like this. Hell you can’t even compete playing like this

Schneider was garbage last year on a playoff team as well. He's a bad goalie at this point.

I think Cory has lost it....COMPLETELY.

And it doesn't look like he'll get it back.

I know some will say I'm jumping the gun here but he's never been the same since the injury.

I'd strongly consider buying him out next offseason.

Not that Kinky is a world-beater but he gives us a slightly-better(understatement) chance to make some actual big saves in a game.
