I’ve had a few opportunities to watch McLeod over the past couple of years and he strikes me as someone who just isn’t instinctive. He appears to me to need repetition to learn to recognize situations and how to play with various teammates. A player like that can become effective with time and experience but he can’t just throw caution to the wind to play. It’s a bit of what Zacha struggles with.

...that is sad. We need to get rid of all the dead weight on defense and just make trades for proper D-men this offseason.

I'm over Greene. I was over him by last year.

I wouldn't mind giving Mueller more minutes than him just to see what he's capable and because why not?

He also looks like he's on life support by about February the last two years. It was actually by January last year. He was at least looking less bad before Vatanen got hurt.
