Long-term I think it is best to have Nico and Hall on separate lines. Question is do we have another top 6 center in the pipeline. Zajac I think is suited for the 3rd line. Zacha is a potential option but he has not proven to be a top 6 center at this point. McLeod I would be surprised if he ended up being a top 6 center, I would think he most likely projects as a 3rd line player, but he is another option.

If he toughens up it could be Boquist from the current group of prospects.

I would give Zacha the opportunity. I’m not ready to give up on him yet, but if he doesn’t step it up next season, I don’t like his chances of being a top 2C.

Even if he isn't a center--and I think it's far too early to be having this conversation--he has the tools to be an effective power winger.

That's a negative. To avoid getting any sort of political, nothing has been signed/changed in regards to NN yet.

Yeah I've known her for a long time and talk to her often. She left the team effective immediately and she's gone already.

I just thought it was funny that Arda and Amanda announced that in a podcast that was difficult to listen to because the levels were all out of whack.

San Jose, Pittsburgh, and then Tampa. I believe this is the stretch that makes or breaks us. Lose three more straight now and we are going to be in a very tough spot. Can we somehow get 3 points out of these next 6? If so, I think we're like 50/50 to make it in. Lose all three, my gut tells me we'll be done. Get at least 2 points out of here . . . it's going to be a neck and neck finish.

Not that Kinkaid doesn't deserve the start but you can't keep him so long as he's earning 6m per year and Kinkaid isn't a new Brodeur. But he really needs to get his act together.

I think we have the same matchup issues against SJ as we do ANA. Hopefully the boys will be recharged and bring a much more sustained attack. ANA made us look like chumps.

She was offered an opportunity she couldn't pass up. She did a great job with a lot of the content the team has produced this year. Hopefully she's replaced with someone who will keep that going.
