They mentioned the rules state they need at least 22 hours between first puck drops.
So I think they have until 9:30.

They have to play by 9:30pm EST or the game is cancelled. Basically they have to get it going in an hour.

Yeah the game can be played no later then 9:30 if it's still not taken care of by then it would have to be cancelled.
