Mantha is being incredibly overrated by Det fans considering he never even broke 50pts in any given season, had a major injury, and has a lower ceiling with him already being 26

Nah, Wings fans used to overrate Mantha. Now the hype is accurate. It’s been a slow burn but Mantha just keeps taking steps forward. He really put it all together this past season and arrived. Nearly ppg on a historically bad offensive team, 70+ point pace, has 72 points his past 82 games...But really it’s the eye test that is the biggest tell. Just a much smarter, smoother player. Really sees the ice now. Far more consistent game-to-game. Finally looks comfortable in his own body. Took him a minute to get there but that happens to a lot of big skilled men. Mantha is on the Wheeler trajectory.
