Since Avs assistants aren't allowed to talk to the media, we don't really know much about them. I don't really care who we have as assistant coaches and I don't think they necessarily have a big impact.

I guess when it comes to special teams they will have some influence but even so Avs PK is good one year and bad the next and the same for the PP. That's with the same coaches. So I think it's more about what the players do in the end.
