Good, if they're not going to put him in a position (or even in the lineup most nights) to succeed in SJ there's no point in him being here.

On the other hand Mike Brown is probably back...

He "could not" be in lineup for most of his recall as he was on "emergency" recall (IOW can't play unless there were less than 12 healthy forwards).

The end of the road trip he was on a "regular" recall, so did get in a game or so.

I'd add that he's seen the NHL, and the NHL has seen him. He did not do much while with the team with all due respect, he now knows what is expected at the NHL level and should know what he needs to do to get there and stick. He's not near being NHL ready.
