now he is 182 cm tall (pretty much 6 feet tall, 1 cm short of that), and weighs 84 kg (185 lbs)

already last season, in his draft year (in which for some reason went undrafted)
Hudson scored 14 goals, 45 points in 65 games, this season his production has
grown a lot and he has improved his game too.

All 32 teams had scouts at PG games all season, with Heidt, Ziemmer and Thornton. There were even games where 15+ teams sent scouts up to PG, which doesn’t usually happen much if at all.

He should’ve been drafted, but 5’11 defenseman. Good offensive potential. Not outstanding offensive potential. There are a lot of players like this and the NHL doesn’t draft as many as they should. They prefer the big and tough and bad at hockey defensemen.

He's not draft eligible anymore. He can sign as a free agent at an time, but they generally take place after March 1st.

Always thought he was better than Ethan Samson who got drafted at 17 and got consideration for the Canadian WJC team.
