im attempting to, but Kessel either doesnt want to respond to my PM, or just hasnt bothered to.

I have tried like 5 people and am getting no responses at all, it seems like no one is on, and everyone is gearing up for the playoffs so wont trade anyone of value

THE GAMECHANGER

:pens have worked out two game changing deals. We are proud to welcome

and

jaromeiginla.jpg

Deal 1 is

:pens get
Jarome iginla

:flames get
J.Staal, Stl 1st 2012 and Pits 2nd 2012

Deal 2 is

:pens get
Jay Bouwmeester

:flames get
pens 1st 2012, philly 1st 2012, min 2nd 2012.

Jarome loved his time in Calgary but as time went on, he grew to accept the fact that Calgary wasnt close to a cup, and wont be for a while. He didnt want to move, but couldnt resist the temptation of possibley playing alongside the greatest player in the game Sidney Crosby. Hopefully theyll continue their olympic magic and lead us to the cup.

Jay Bouwmeester is happy to join the penguins. For the first time since minor hockey, he will expecience playoff hockey. "This trade is great, ill now be able to save money on 2 months of lost golf balls!" he is quoted as saying. He did not want to go through a rebuild in calgary as he suffered through one in florida which he wasnt fond of. Paying on a pairing with Shea Weber, should also help his chances at 2014 team canada.

And with that, our lineup is done, and we are done trading. We are no longer taking offers on anybody. Our roster will be up shortly.

who is calgarys gm?

I got Dhabs to negotiate the deal. Technically it was negotiated as one deal. But due to NMC issues it had to be broken up into 2. The return is the same for both sides as originally negotiated. So to judge who won, both must be put together.

I just split it in half to make it easier to remember.

Rogue waived em both.

Hockeyrulez would waive one or the other, resulting in the deal being split. I got him to waive Iggy, since he was more important to me then JBo

You wouldnt waive Iggy, but would waive JBo. Which is why i was persistant :yo:

2/3 waived Iggy
2/3 waived JBo

Commishes fail. That might as well be a Calgary dispersal draft.

Eric Tangradi ($0.845m) / Dustin Jeffrey ($0.575m) / Steve Sullivan ($1.500m)
Arron Asham ($0.775m) / Mark Letestu ($0.625m) / Craig Adams ($0.675m)
Matt Bradley ($0.750m)

DEFENSEMEN
Shea Weber ($6.000m) / Jay Bouwmeester ($6.680m)

My 4th line has 2 very important PKers.

Also my Defencive Depth is INSANE IMO

You do have very good defensive depth, but Despres isnt really NHL ready is the only thing I see wrong with it, but you have a 7 and 8 guy so that doesnt matter

Wait... I'm still commish?

Or did someone else take over?

I meant Rogue, my bad. And Mohaj, I feel like an idiot for waiving JayBo now. I did not waive Iginla. I thought it was clear he wanted to stay in Calgary. But, anyways, my team may not have the star power Pittsburgh has, but, my depth is all-round better, IMO. I still think I can get 2nd IF people see that.

Maybe I should stop making defensively oriented teams... :sarcasm:

It was sad to see Brooks go but this give's us 3 pick's in the 1st round, And Beau Bennett, this deal has been going on since 10am and we are glad to come to a conclusion, We felt that this trade would benefit both sides.
