Congrats to Vancouver. Wish I could have beaten them, but tough to argue. Happy to get 3 votes, and look forward to seeing everyone next game.

On offense, we feel both the Blues and the Canucks are very similair. We feel we have an advantage in having Kessel on our 2nd line, and feel we have a slight advantage on our top line as well, but its close. Likewise, we feel our bottom 6 is slightly better, and in the scoring department, we should certainly be better.

On defense, we feel we have a huge advantage. There is a large drop off on the St.Louis end after Petro/Shattenkirk. Markov and Regher are both getting older and well past their prime. In comparison, we have Edler/Garrison, and then on our 3rd pairing, JBO/Stuart is vastly better than Polak/Lydman.

I've been super busy the last couple of days so I haven't really checked in. I'm disappointed to have lost to Buffalo but It's my fault really as I didn't update my roster. Nice job on winning the Rebuilders Cup Lt, you deserved it.

These games are crap.

The same people keep on winning. Its who runs the team and not the actual team.

I should of known better than playing again, I stopped playing for awhile and thought I would give it a second chance. Just crap. 10-1 loss vote with how deep my team is and the 1 vote again was from myself its like that every game. It goes by the GM and their popularity. The numbers can back it up. People dont even look at the teams. The votes are blow outs. Teams with 1 vote is from their own GM. I actually looked at the teams and voted accordingly.

theres one more I forget who it is.

Usually win the games. People then say they have good teams. I know they do make good teams, but Ive seen GMs with better teams lost and such. Like Boston last game. They were a top 3 team and voted like 6th. Teams ahead of him were GM favorites.

Then people wonder why the games seem the same and boring and want changes to them. This crap is just the same and don't find it fun like the 1st few games I played then noticed the trending GMs that win the games all the time.

Im contemplating not even playing gabby's. If I do its going to be the last one cause this is getting bad and is a waste of time.

Best of Luck to who moved on and I keep voting for the rest of this game.

Are you serious? This is my third game. My Caps team last game deserved to win, it was completely stacked. I beat Pittsburgh and Vancouver by one vote each. Claiming I win because I'm popular is ****ing stupid.

If you haven't already, you should join the Auction Game. It should be a ton of fun and it doesn't require much time at all. The only time you need to be on is 8pm - 10pm EST and even if you can't be on for those two hours, you can send in bids before that. We need about 10 - 20 more GM's. Should be a ton of fun, click here if you're interested.

Canucks have a great team and Avs44 is a great GM so not going to trash his team. Nice to see an Avs fan final.:yo:

No offense to whoever beat them but I'm really surprised the Kings lost. I had them as the best team in this game

I'm not going to disagree that my Boston team got screwed.

But when the playoffs came around, it was Boston vs. DD's Caps team. And his Caps team was the better team and ultimately deserved to win the whole thing.

As far as popularity... DD has been involved in this game approximately the same amount of time I have. Like, within a week or two. We both joined at the end of dong's last game; I was Detroit and I think DD was Vancouver IIRC.

You can ***** about thinking you should have gone further (IMHO, my Jets team should have been in the ECF) but don't sit here and accuse people of voting on popularity or **** like that. Especially when it's quite obviously not true.
