Mine was on June 28th. Try a different rep, according to their return policy you're allowed to return anything from 30 days of the delivery date. Go like what's the difference between you returning everything and buying it all at the lower price.

I reached out to USA Today and got a high def one of the team celebration photos with the cup cuz I ended up being in it. So I’m getting that framed and with a plaque.
Also had someone mail me a copy of The Denver Post from the next day.
Would have gotten a program, but didn’t know where to find it. Considered getting “Carry Me Home”, but it’s not hardcover.
Edit: Nvm found a way to buy the program so I did. Also grabbed the shot glass so the shipping cost didn’t sting as much.

All in all it’s thinner than I thought, it’s not knit. But more like a banner material.
Good quality, and large. Just different than I thought. Worth buying at the discount price.
Got the ice puck today. Seems legit. Wonder how long the water will last and how good the seal is, but cool none the less.

Not really cup merchandize but if any of y'all are in the market for a new timepiece, apparently Invicta has picked up a deal with the NHL and is working on branded watches. Not available yet but something to keep in mind if it tickles your fancy. None of them really caught my eye. The black and gold one is kinda cool, but if I'm going to spend $ on an Avalanche watch, I kinda think it should be in the team's color palette.

Bought a coffee mug among other things. The mug has their record on one side and has a "wins" column and a "loses" column. It says "loses" in two areas.
Am I being picky for being pissed off about that? How do you make thousands of these things and have such an easy typo make it through twice?

Need to clean them up a bit, but the last of what I ordered was these pucks. Disappointed in the quality of the printing on the photo one and some odd texture on another.

To whomever that ordered on the NHL site, I placed my order on June 27 (morning after the Avs won the cup). Since they have a massive sale on the cup merch, I was able to get the difference back and have it returned to my credit card. If they tell you otherwise, tell them you will return the items (90 days return policy) and will repurchase it again.
So I got my jersey from fanatics.
This is the second one I ordered, first was too large, my fault, but on that one the captains c was basically on my back. This one is properly sized, but the C is still basically in my arm pit.
I have never ordered one with a letter on it. Is this normal? Or are they placing the C in the wrong spot? Not sure if I should complain or not.
Definitely looks off, but it's hard to tell since the image is mirrored. Also I'd honestly spend the extra for an Adidas vs a Fanatics branded one. The difference is well worth the money.

Eh, I actually think the fanatics one is decent enough for me. I am still rocking a home white jersey from like 1997 as my jersey I wear once a year or so to a game. Price was right too, for about 130 bucks with coupon.
Think I will just see if they give me 20-30 bucks off to keep it. Doubt the fix it in another one as it’s the second time I have seen the letter floating too far off mark
