Not a chance anyone would have scooped Jared Boll if we had waived him and then we could have called him right back up before our next game with rosters expanded. Instead we just threw away an effective energy line body for no good reason.

I'm sure it came as no surprise to the Ducks brass that Cramarossa got claimed which means they must not be as high on him as many fans are. Chris Wagner part II.

I think we were actually higher on Wagner the first time he was waived. Crammer was a nice surprise. Most, if not all of the current fallout is about him being subtracted before Boll/Shaw.

This cost Vancouver $56,250, not counted against the cap and paid to Anaheim.

Anaheim also saves a lot of money on jersey nameplates between this and trading Sgarbossa, earlier this season.

wish we had kept them both

that line with cramarossa and sgarbossa early in the season was pretty funny to watch

We can only hope that he does two things:

1. Play badly enough to get waived again so we can claim him
2. Doesn't contract mumps

Benning is winning

Benning might be a bit off when signing contracts but trades and getting young talent he has been pretty darn good! Especially now that ownership has let him do what should have been done when he first got here!

Is he winning enough for you to change your name? lol!

Sad to say but this explanation makes the most sense. Other explanations just don`t make ANY sense. Damn Randy and Bobandy

Still years of work to do to be competitive. :\

For sure. They REALLY need some luck with the draft lottery. If that should pan out into a top 3 pick, thatll go a long way in helping the team. They CANNOT afford another miss of a top 10 pick like Virtanen. Missing out on Nylander, Ehlers, and Tkachuk (Though Juolevi could very well end up being the better pick), as this team scours the earth for skilled forwards... Skill and speed has to be the #1 priority for this draft. Praying for Nico.
