Yes for sure. Only name I could see being cut is Räty. Then again I'm not very familiar with most of the names on the Finnish roster.

Ugh that is a long list of names in the Finnish camp. Hopefully the fact Raty plays as a 3rd liner for the team leading the Liiga will count in his favor for a checking role.

Checked the Finland WJC roster thread. Seems like most have the Rätys penciled in for the 3rd line.

Don't think there is any danger that Aku gets cut. Finland usually has one solid team and that's it. It's not a situation like with Canada where you have 5-6 players for most positions. The players that get cut for Finland are the ones that are marginal to start with.

They don't do that anymore. They give Canada and USA favored television slots. For example, the Dec. 26 game between Canada and USA is at 1pm Eastern.
