Guessing a broken collarbone for Hayton.
I hate these tournaments.I'm guessing you are going to see lots of teams not loan players to their Countries. Lots of risk with little reward.
Hopefully Haytons injury isn't serious, not only for a quick return but so he doesn't miss time training. He needs to put in some muscle to play in the top 6 next year.
And regarding holding players out if the WJC, how do we know Hayton wouldn't have gotten hurt in the NHL playing against stronger competition?
Guessing a broken collarbone for Hayton.
Sucks for him. Makes it a more difficult task for the Canadians against team Russia.Latest is he’s a long shot to play in gold medal game.
Well my fellow Canadians will still blame Hayton.Sucks for him. Makes it a more difficult task for the Canadians against team Russia.
? I am a fellow Cdn.Well my fellow Canadians will still blame Hayton.
I was just having fun with the whole Hayton criticism from the previous Russia game.? I am a fellow Cdn.
I should point out the criticisms basically disappeared since he has been leading the team in scoring. Not like with Strome when a certain group of fans blamed him for everything wrong and he only scored in blowout wins unlike other key players on the team.
He’d be insulting his own country under that scenario.I would have loved to see Hayton win tomorrow and not take his helmet off for the anthem!!!! #toosoon?
I know, that would be the joke, to pretend he forgot again. And he insulted no one, we both know that. He’d be insulting his own country under that scenario.
I think Hayton will hear about the helmet for the next decade.I know, that would be the joke, to pretend he forgot again. And he insulted no one, we both know that.
Are you sure about that?,I think Hayton will hear about the helmet for the next decade.
He’s 19. I did a ton of stupid forgetful stuff at 19. Mine just wasn’t televised.
"bit of a longshot" likely means no break. Maybe a subluxation of the AC joint?
