How do y'all like Appert? He coached the college team when I was there, and I see he's been with Rochester for a little bit, and getting the call tonight in the NHL. Always cool to see someone you know in the NHL, regardless of what they're doing.

Similar to Don, he's a great development coach. But I don't see him as our next coach or anything, he's more of the same of what we already have behind the bench.

Good guy, very much a "dad" out there but not a guy I think who winds up as an NHL HC. Maybe could be the good-guy assistant on a team.
