I think this is to free up a spot so they can send down Street. Wagner fits the NHL game a bit better and can play a more physical style. Could be a really good pickup for us (in the context of it being a free player)

His style of play is endearing. In the same vein as Skille. Honestly, Anaheim shouldn't have waived him at all, but the wanted to give the pirate a look.

Street hasn't been good and needs to go back down.
With Duchene and Grigo on the wing we need a guy who can slot in as 4C.
