That's a tad unfair because as soon as he fought I said we are going to score and that's going to turn the game way in our favor. We did. We never looked back. And my write-up/posting in that thread personified everything you are saying about Sid.

He's in absolute beast mode. God-mode. Godzilla mode. T-rex mode. I don't even have words for it. He's electrifying. He's, IMO, the best player in the world right now and it's not even ****ing close. He's owning it.

Lafferty thinks the game/play really well and has the speed to keep up with Sid. It also appears as though Sully trusts him quite a bit. At some point maybe they try it.

Lafferty and Marino have been sensational thus far. Both are very heady players, you can see that by how well they read the play.

The weird thing about ZAR is that he--not frequently, but sometimes--would show signs of some promise in his first season. Wilson driving his jaw into the back of his neck legitimately may have ended ZAR's career. He's been abysmal since that hit.

You ever listen to Sid talk about Duper and Kunitz? More than any other player, I think there are things that make him/his line happy/tick than just "being good." If he's comfortable with Simon, if it makes him/the line works, it really doesn't matter who might look better or how frustrating Simon is. You just gotta grin and bear it.
