I have had neck problems for almost 2 years that won’t go away. Got hit in the head by a falling tree then 6 weeks later got bad whiplash after being hit by a semi. Nothing has cleared it up fully. I have heard that this place really investigate what’s going on and have the experience to pick up on things others might not.

Well hopefully they put you in a head brace, give you a few swift twists, smack you over the head and you're sorted
