Proposal: COL/EDM/OTT 3 way trade: Barrie to EDM, Karlsson to COL

I think (hypothetically) it would look more like this:
Col : Karlsson, klefbom , 10OA
Edm : Barrie, Col 16OA
Ottawa: return of their 1st round pick, 2019 Col 1st rnd pick, 58 OA, Soderberg
but really if Ottawa is going to suck so bad next year, and the kid they're talking about being the #1 OA is as good as they say....why would Colorado even consider this?

This isn’t great value for Karlsson, Ottawa should want at least a high end prospect in addition. From the Avs Barrie is worth more than the 10th, Edmonton makes out like bandits. Taking back Ryan would suck. Unless Karlsson would sign in Colorado it’s not worth consideration

Edmonton has a bit of cap room. Plus you know that if we get a guy like Barrie, then Chia is going to be shopping someone else - possibly Klefbom - to make room. I hope not, but with a glut of LD and a weakness on RD, Nurse being unavailable, and Sekera and Russell having NTC's, Klefbom is looking like the odd man out sadly.
