What a great story. Even if he doesn't make it back to the NHL, and I sure hope he does, it's great that he gets to end his career on his own terms instead of being forced to stop for health reasons.

Saw him on a Sabres broadcast recently talking during an intermission with the broadcast crew. Looked to be in great spirits. But he hasn’t played pro hockey in eight years. I wish him all the luck.

Yeah he had some crazy health issues but sounds like he's in good health and doing well I'm the ahl atm maybe he can make it back to nhl I'm rooting for him wither he makes it or not the fact that he's in the ahl and playing well is great story
