Yep.

A Napoli goal means Liverpool need a multi goal win or a PSG draw/loss.

Edit: What that really means is that Napoli don't really care about giving up a second goal. So if they're still down 1-0 near the end they'll be chucking everything forward and not really caring about the counter for the first goal
