This summer Tampa Bay will have to re-sign Cirelli, Sergachev, and Cernak so to fill a 20-player roster (assuming Foote and an ELC forward make the team). However, most of their cap is tied-up by NTCs, and they will have <$7 million in cap-space even if Paquette and McElhinney are replaced at league-minimum.

How will these three RFAs be handled this summer?

Been stated multiple times.

Killorn goes. Sad but has to happen.

Coburn might waive to another team because this is his last chance at getting a contract. He stays with us, chances are he won't get paid much again else where. He needs play time and he won't get it with us moving forward.

That opens up another 7ish Million. We might by the grace of the hockey gods get Johnson or Gourde to waive. Highly unlikely, but would be a god send and solve all the problems.

It's highly likely we lose Cernak this year. Doesn't seem like there is enough money to go around and Serge and Cirelli are way more integral to this team.

That dude has a full no trade clause? Damn. Good for him.
Everyone does on Tampa. He got exactly what everyone else got, it's kind of the reason all these people re-sign in Tampa and sign for less. Oh and you know taxes are the real appeal, not the years long job security regardless of performance.

Killorn has a 16-team NTC, which negates any potential for a move that does not require cap in the return.
Said the same thing about Miller. Killorn will get moved to a playoff team that barely made it in or a contender looking for a solid 41 point player who plays all situations, signed for a reasonable cap hit. If he gets 30 this year, he will get a late first like Miller.

They'll trade some players for draft assets and flip those draft assets for more rentals next season.

Possibly Cernak would need to be traded but that's it.

It's actually an interesting challenge for the Bolts.. $76m tied up in 15 players... and 3 distinct "groups" of players on the roster.

You've got the big-dollar core guys... Kucherov, Stamkos, Point, Hedman, McDonagh and Vasilevsky.... they're not going anywhere.

You've got this large group of "middling" players making $4.5m to $5.5m, all with full NTCs in Palat, Gourde, Johnson, Killorn.

Then you've got a couple of quality roster players, who make $1-2m, that can be traded, but don't really move the needle much from a cap perspective -- Coleman, Paquette, Goodrow, Coburn and McElhinney as they still need to be replaced with warm bodies.

My guess -- they'll find somebody to take a flier on Gourde, who's only 1 season removed from 22 goals and 48 points. They'll position to him as an opportunity to play at the top of a lineup. $5m should buy them the flexibility they need.

Miller has been very good as a Bruins fan glad to see him leave Tampa - he was a major pain in the balls to play against

Killorn will move. Then they see if Gourde, Johnson or Palat will waive. If so they get whatever they can for them, if not then we could see an offer sheet or one of the RFA’s moved

Not one post yet has actually addressed the OP's question. Don't watch TB enough to answer those players' extension values myself, but interested in the answers, if any come.

Gourde has an NTC. Makes it neigh impossible to move unless for some inexplicable reason a Stanley cup contender jumps in and wants him and Gourde decides to waive. That just won't happen. We don't have Yzerman and his Yzedi Mind Tricks anymore.

I literally answered some of his questions. It's not our fault you just decided not read or acknowledge them.

Cirelli is really good. I think anything 6M or under for him will be a fantastic deal for the bolts
