I would fall over dead if the Kings moved Byfield, Clarke or Kaliyev for Chycrun. I get that means we may not get JC, but I just feel the Kings are so high on the three guys as part of their future.

Same but that gets tough if they want the Yotes to eat their bad contracts as well. I don't think they have enough picks to pull that off which is why the names keep popping up. They need to just deal with their bad contracts on their own and then they'll only need to give up picks and a B prospect to get Chychrun and won't have to lose any of their A prospects.

I would love that as the price for Chychrun. They get Chychrun without losing any of their prospects they seem understandably attached to and the Coyotes get the picks a rebuilding team needs. If they're also expecting the Yotes to eat a bad contract though, then they need to add.

Lemieux is a UFA (1.35) at the end of the year, so that seems doable. Walker could be a problem at 2.65 next year?? Peterson has this and two more years at 3.875. Kings are going to have to pay up for Walker and Peterson.
