Individually he has a lot of skill but he just doesn't have vision which is fine. As long as you can create zone exits, defend reliably, and finish offensive plays, he's be kosher

Mailloux was fighting the puck all night long. Not one of his better games. No doubt Hunter, with a rookie in the net, placed the reins on his mobile defencemen. But that strategy played into the Petes’ hands. With no secondary wave to worry about, choking off London’s attacks was made much easier.

Frustrating end for Mailloux, had a good scoring chance and game ended with a Pete breaking his stick as he was about to shoot (wouldn’t have beat the clock but still).

Glad it’s Beck heading to the Memorial cup, he also didn’t play that much in the OHL with COVID and it’s perfect experience for him.
