First period under a new coach. Not sure why people expect to see a totally transformed team. It will take a while to fix all the defensive issues. It is why most wanted the change made over the summer.

Darling has come up huge. Crawford has struggled with rebound control and hasn't looked sharp, but Hawk defenders are still playing "active sticks" defense. Giving guys three or four wacks at the puck is a recipe for disaster.
