I think its the grind of the season the his body cant handle. He's pretty thin.

It is certainly interesting that this grind always comes to a head right on his sister's birthday.

For people that aren't dumbasses, it's easy to see that Neymar gets injured during the winter, when the pitches aren't in good condition.

But obviously, it's easier to use dumbass logic and think that his muscular or ankle ligament injuries happen BECAUSE of his sister's birthday.
