Honestly bad comparison. 10 years ago, the Flames were one of the older teams in the league with an almost non-existent prospect pool.

Today the Flames are in the younger age bracket overall. Only two teams younger on average than us last year made the playoffs. And we have a lot more in the pipeline than 10 years ago.
