Well no, Kinkaid didn't play the last 8 games. But he put him there because clearly, he sees him as someone who didn't play up to expectations and seen as part of the problem. If they were satisfied with him they wouldn't waive him and we are allowing a lot of goals, so ya, sure he blames him on some level.

plus on capfriendly it says they have 8 million of LTIR cap space. But perhaps that can only be used at the deadline. I don't know all the cap rules.
