Matthews had shoulder problems his first couple of years and hasn't had any issues with his shoulders since I don't think so hopefully it's the same with Cole.
These internet diagnosis are getting out of hand for the reason you gave. No one here knows if the surgery he’s undergoing will impact his play and to what extent. It may just turn out to be another obstacle he’s had to overcome.

Over reaction runs rampant Quelle Surprise. If we were in the top tier Caufield would probably be suited up fror this one.

Savard putting it in perspective.

Got to love him being diplomatic and not saying they playoffs are not going to happen and instead just saying they will be hard...

Why do you pander to authority? We're you a Bergevin supporter?
Pander to what authority? And go look at my posts the last 5-6 years, all I dreamed of was Bergevin being gone.

I remember TSN made a difference between habs this year and last season.

Habs were bottom 3 in the league last season with 20+ goals less than this season.
Caufield had 1 goal last year at like half of the season.
This year he had 20+.

So the Difference between dead last this season like last year was literally because of Caufield.
Nah ... blame # BERGEVIN/TIMMINS , The ones that have drafted this fragile, tiny midget that can't take a hit from a 6'6" player. What a mistake it was ! :sarcasm:

Somewhere on earth in a hospital
Seriously why bother!?

Suzuki playing injured? Rest him.
Anderson injured? Rest him.
Xhekaj's left hand injured? Rest him.

Dach's knee after the Gudas Slapshot and knee attempt. Missed practice - REST HIM

Glad Engels is showing a bit of spine.
Anderson is not injured , he's just lazy

Bascially: Cole has been injured for 2-3 months, we talked to some specialist and if he could have made it worst

Exactly, this is an injury that many player play through. but with nothing to play for this year. It is better that he gets the surgery now. Fix it for the future and be good for next year. Honestly, I hope any of our players grinding through things that can be addressed this year, get them addressed this year.

The issue now is do you give long term big money to a guy with a shoulder injury whose only real value is his shot. I would gamble it since he was at 50 goal pace with the injury.

Here's our tank, I guess. God was like I'm gonna give you your Bedard, ciboiére.

I'm sad for the kid, though. I would not be shocked if he had a good cry about it. Could have gotten a good 40 goals. But if he returns in shape, he's gonna have many of those.

Xhekaj fights for fun. Several of his fights this season were random and not necessary. It seems like he just loves fighting and go up against the toughest player of opposing teams.
I think he’s hurt and he did not want to fight Smith. The wannabe was annoying him. Marc Denis implied that his left hand is not healthy, and that he told Smith he didn’t want to fight him. Wannabe just wanted to provoke him. It worked and Wannabe got raked.

I cried of joy when we drafted him, but.. that won't stop me from saying the following:

It is for the better!

Every year, NHL general managers have to assess whether their team is suffering from LOFT (lack of f***ing talent) syndrome. Ours didn't have to think too hard.

Let's hope we get a top 4 pick here.

Ok - I do hope he gets better! It's just.. Bedard, man.
