Did Price practice today?

I believe those arriving from outside Montreal will be in quarantine for 7 days before they go to the rink.

I'm not 100% sure on it, but I feel like I've read/heard that.

If that is the case, he came here 4 days ago. So I would say that he'd be joining Drouin and company on Tuesday.

“Godin: Carey Price rentrait des USA, donc oui il était assujetti à une quarantaine. Cela dit, d'après ce que je comprends, dans la mesure où les joueurs sont testés aux deux jours, l'environnement de pratique à Brossard est considéré comme faisant partie de la quarantaine.”

I think what frustrates a lot of posters & fans is Price is more than capable of playing at a high level, but for some reason he is holding himself back. Whether it is the fear of getting injured again, not having found a balance between hockey and family, lack of preparation, etc, there is something preventing him from finding consistency in his game.

Having a subpar defense doesn't help

There's only 45 mil left to pay over 6 seasons. That's an average of 7.5 mil per in actual salary to pay.

Come same date next year, there will be 33 mil left over 5 years, averaging 6.6 per in actual salary to pay.

That cap hit is bad for high spending teams, but might be worth it for a team on the up and up but with a low budget.

If ever Price wants out, there will definitely be possibilities.

#NHLTopPlayers: Top Goalies, Nos. 10-6
6) Carey Price, Montreal Canadiens:
His 348 wins are first in Canadiens history, and he went 27-25-6 to top 20 wins for the 10th time in 13 NHL seasons. Price had a 2.79 GAA, a .909 save percentage and four shutouts to help Montreal advance to the Qualifiers. He played 58 games, tying for the NHL lead with Connor Hellebuyck of the Winnipeg Jets, faced the second-most shots (1,755; Hellebuyck, 1,796), and made the second-most saves (1,595; Hellebuyck, 1,656). Price led goalies in minutes played (3,439:49).

Rupp:"There's people that are going to be arguing he should be higher than this, in the top five. Nonetheless, Carey Price is still one of the great goaltenders of all time, just different opinions of where he is now today."
