He needs to start throwing it to Ovie soon. All he mostly does is passes it back to 19/92.

In order to do that, 19/92 have to draw the Isles PK over to the right side, otherwise 8 will never be open.

A large chunk of the reason the Caps powerplay was so effective the past few years was the speed in which they could go from the blue line to fully set-up. Currently they can't even gain the zone with control, let alone get set up.
